By enabling our agents to work from home and on their own time we give our agents the freedom to set their own goals without having to meet a quota or worry about paying the fees charged by many larger companies.
We allow our agents to keep more of their commission by only applying a 15% fee to our agents’ transactions as opposed to 20% like most large companies.
In addition to flexibility and freedom we offer our agents the use of our fax services, their first 500 BC Property Group business cards, and use of the BC Property Group website for advertising purposes.
